About Us Established in 2004 by owner Nicola Stock, Infantcare Direct was the mail-order company of Playtex Baby's official distributor in the UK. Having had a very colicky child ourselves and discovering the Playtex System through a friendly American neighbour, we wanted to make these products available to mums in the UK looking for a solution to their feeding problems. We are committed to providing innovative products for parents, particularly to support breastfeeding and we will expand our portfolio or brands from outside the UK this year to do this. At Infantcare Direct we understand that it is difficult to know which product will be right for you and your baby, hopefully you will find all the information on the site helpful.
